Our Surrender Program provides a safe, compassionate option for rabbit owners, ensuring every bunny receives the care, love, and attention they deserve.
By surrendering your rabbit responsibly, you are giving them a second chance at a happy, healthy life and a loving forever home.
Who Can Surrender
Our program is designed for owners who can no longer care for their rabbits due to financial, personal, or housing reasons, as well as for domestic rabbits that have been found, abandoned, or rescued. Every surrender is handled with understanding and kindness, without judgment, because we know that deciding to part with a beloved bunny can be difficult and emotional.
How the Program Works
Surrendering your rabbit is simple and stress-free. First, complete our surrender form to provide information about your rabbit, including their personality, health, and any special requirements.
If we have space available, we will then schedule a safe and convenient handover at our rescue or foster in Port Elizabeth.
Once in our care, your rabbit will receive veterinary attention, proper housing, and daily love while we begin the process of finding them a suitable forever home.
